These Terms & Conditions govern your use of lmsfintech.com, operated by LMS Fintech Private Limited ("LMS Fintech," "we," "us").
What we are
LMS Fintech is a loan facilitation and advisory platform. We are not a bank or NBFC, and we do not ourselves lend money. We connect borrowers with partner banks and NBFCs and assist with documentation, comparison and tracking.
No guarantee of approval
Submitting an application through LMS Fintech does not guarantee loan approval. Final approval, interest rate, and terms are determined solely by the lending partner based on their own credit policy.
Fees
LMS Fintech does not charge borrowers a fee for using our comparison, eligibility-check or advisory services. We are compensated by our partner banks and NBFCs upon successful disbursal. Any fees charged directly by a lender (processing fee, legal fee, valuation fee, etc.) are disclosed by that lender and are separate from our services.
Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the application process. Providing false information may result in rejection of your application or, in certain cases, legal consequences under applicable law.
Third-party lenders
Each partner bank or NBFC has its own terms and conditions, which apply in addition to these Terms once you proceed with a specific lender. LMS Fintech is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or decisions of partner lenders.
Limitation of liability
LMS Fintech provides its platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or from decisions made by a partner lender.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
